Dividend: november – 2018
My monthly dividend updates will appear around every end of a month.
Dividends will be presented in Swedish currency (SEK).
There will be a short explanation about some buy and sells of stocks and sometimes a picture or two.
Here is my 2018 november chart for my montly recived dividends.
I recived a total of 934.99 SEK kr for november month. Biggest contribution thanks to Swedish construction company NCC.
Here are the layers I bought and sold during 2018 november. The biggest dividend came from NCC, a Swedish company engaged in building and construction. The stock has fallen sharply due to the worry that apartments are no longer needed to be build at the same rate in Sweden like couple of years ago because of the big mainly Syrian migration of people to Sweden. Now, many people find the stock a good to buy at these levels. The stock has a direct yield return of approximately 5.7%. Because I’m invested in the US stock exchange, I’ve received a much more even flow of dividends. If you compare last month ( click here ), the dividend is about the same amount. I was given the opportunity to subscribe for more subscription rights from the REIT stock called NP3. To get some more money, I sold some of mine Garo shares with a decent profit. With the money I bought K2 preffered stock with a yield of around 6.7% and left the rest of the money for NP3 REIT Preemption right shares. I bought about 200 NP3 shares for approximately 5500 SEK with yield over 6% I also received a little of my money back from my life insurance that I chose to end. I got back about 550 sek. Now I will not have any life insurance its a bit scary but I want my saving to be my life savior instead. What do you think about that? Do you have life insurance? In this month I transferred about 4350 Swedish kronor for stock purchase.
